LIONS 3RD XV BEATEN BY CANTERBURY’S LATE SURGE.

The Lions contested the game well for the majority of the match, but with the Home side substituting players , the Visitors ‘ran out of steam’ and conceded 3 tries in the last 10 minutes .

The Deal & Betteshanger Team has struggled during the Season with the shortage of players due to the rigours of injuries and week-end work commitments, but has shown commendable staying power to remain in contention with bigger clubs .
