Deal and Betteshanger are pleased to host the second of the tutorials explaining various aspects of the game and how these will be refereed as agreed by the RFU. The tutorial will be delivered by the Kent RFU Referees Training Officer Barry Monk.
The tutorial is as follows
Wednesday 1st September The Ruck -19.00 to 21.00 £5 per person. All attending will receive a certificate of their attendance

These tutorials are aimed at all players, coaches, teachers and referees from both within the club and other clubs in the area to improve their understanding of the game but anybody is welcome to attend.

The Club is preparing for the new Season and is actively seeking the following:
Physiotherapist - To support the players during Tuesday and Thursday training sessions as well as the 1st XV Matches being played on Saturdays. Must be prepared to travel to away games
New Players - The club is seeking new players to join the senior squad. The 1st XV Playing in London SE 2 offers a good level of rugby and the club is eager to gain promotion so welcomes players who can support this ambition . We also run a 2nd , 3rd and 4th XV teams playing in the Kent Ivicta leagues so we also welcome players who want to play at this level as well. The club has a great social side and good facilities so please come along and try us out you want be disappointed
