D&B RFC were sad to hear the news that John Frame, long time landlord of the Saracens head, passed away on the 17th March 2019 aged 88.
Back in the day, he along with his wife, Iris, sponsored and supported Deal Wanderers RFC. Many of the older members will remember drinking “pints of top slops” and finding their kit “washed and ironed” ready for the following Saturday. Great memories.
