Please complete and sign both the membership form and the Club's Code of Conduct (on the reverse of the membership form) and return it with your payment to the Rugby Club for the attention of Karen Rice before 1st September. Your membership card will not be sent out until payment has been received.

I will be at the Beer Festival, Bank Holiday Weekend, if you would like to make any payments to me then.
