To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all of our customers, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers. Most of the shifts will be on Saturdays when matchdays are on but the club is developing it's opportunities for hosting further functions across the week so further shifts will be required.

Main Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
Assist in keeping the bar, front-of-house clean and tidy, at all times
Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training
Always adhere to all club policies, procedures and licensing laws

Be friendly, smiley, sociable and welcoming to our customers, to create a great atmosphere
Remain calm, patient and polite, if receiving customer feedback
Be helpful and go out of your way to help our customers

Build and maintain good relationships with all club members
Work together with the team to ensure that the club is the best it can be

Essential Requirements

You must

Be aged over 18 years old
Have proof of right to work in the UK
Be able to converse in English
Have a fixed place of residence and live within a reasonable travelling distance of the rugby club
