International Tickets - Terms and Conditions

In April 2015 the Directors gave notice of a violation of the RFU Terms and Conditions for Purchase of International Tickets allocated to the club.

The RFU Ticket Sanctioning Committee(TSC) met in June of this Year to review information supplied by the club and to give verdict on the case. The TSC responded to the Club by Letter in July, a copy of which is attached.
As seen from the letter the TSC were satisfied with the evidence provided and agreed to reduce the sanction imposed on the club to a 10% loss of allocation suspended for two years.
This means no penalty has been immediately imposed but any further infringement of the terms and conditions between the dates 1st August 2015 and 31st July 2017 will impose a 10% reduction in allocation for 1 year and any further sanction that may be imposed by the TSC. Needless to say the Clubs Board of Directors will look at taking further action where deemed necessary.

The form that needs to be signed by all persons purchasing International Tickets as part of the Clubs allocation has been uploaded to the document section of the website under the information tab. This is stored under the International Ticket Allocation Information folder.

The Board of Directors asks for your full co-operation in strict adherence to the terms and conditions set out.
