As a result these have been updated for which a copy is attached below. These new terms and Prices have been effective since the 1st May 2017. It was deemed that the current terms of hire were not sustainable in view of offsetting these against the levels of expenditure required.

The club will honor any confirmed booking made prior to this date against the previous conditions of hire.

We are encouraged by the increase in bookings especially outside of the Rugby season which will obviously give great support in providing a much needed income throughout the quieter summer periods.
