Job Objectives
To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all of our customers, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers. Most of the shifts will be on Saturdays when matchdays are on but the club is developing it's opportunities for hosting further functions across the week so further shifts will be required.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
- Assist in keeping the bar, front-of-house clean and tidy, at all times
- Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training
- Always adhere to all club policies, procedures and licensing laws

- Be friendly, smiley, sociable and welcoming to our customers, to create a great atmosphere
- Remain calm, patient and polite, if receiving customer feedback
- Be helpful and go out of your way to help our customers

- Be honest and reliable

- Maintain excellent time-keeping and attendance

Essential Requirements
You must
- Be aged over 18 years old
- Have proof of right to work in the UK
- Be able to converse in English
- Have a fixed place of residence and live within a reasonable travelling distance of the rugby club
