Clubroom Booking Application

Bookings will only be accepted from persons who are aged 18 years and over, and are members of the Club. The Club's Public Liability only covers members of the Club and their guests.

The link at the bottom of the page allows you to download the booking form.When fully completed the form must be SIGNED and returned to the bar complete with one cheque for hire payment and one cheque for the cleaning / breakages deposit. (Cheques made payable to Deal and Bettshanger Rugby)

Booking Fee Breakdown:-

Hire period 'A'	7.00pm - Midnight
Hire period 'B'	Pre 7.00pm to be charged in addition to period 'A'

Members
Period 'A'	£80.00
Period 'B'	£15 per additional hour
Kitchen	No Charge ( Must be cleaned and breakages paid for)
Breakages & Cleaning deposit	£50 (Refundable)

Guest / Friends
Period 'A'	£100
Period 'B'	£20 per additional hour
Kitchen	£40
Breakages & Cleaning deposit	£100 (Refundable)

Cleaning & Breakages

Deal & Bettshanger Rugby Club reserve the right to use the refundable deposit to repair any damages and carry out cleaning if required to include all areas hired as listed below:

Club room
Kitchen
Toilets
All external windows and doors
